We are a leading provider of luxury experiences in Puerto Rico, seeking exceptional candidates to join our team as Concierge and Tour Desk agents in the San Juan area.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing daily operations, and ensuring seamless guest experiences. This role requires strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our company. As a Concierge and Tour Desk agent, you will be the point of contact for hotel guests, providing information on local attractions, making recommendations, and arranging activities and excursions.

You will also have the privilege of experiencing firsthand the services and amenities we offer, including restaurants, transportation, and events. This will enable you to provide expert advice and guidance to our guests, enhancing their overall experience and loyalty to our brand.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations of the Concierge & Tour desk
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest requests and inquiries
  • Recommend local attractions, activities, and excursions
  • Arrange transportation and make restaurant reservations
  • Provide information on upcoming events and local happenings
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring seamless communication with colleagues and management

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and commitment to exceptional customer service
  • Proficient in English and Spanish (bilingual)
  • PC literate (Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
