Overview of the Role

Fulcro Talent Acquisition is searching for a seasoned Food Industry Strategist to spearhead our organization's growth in the food sector. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of achieving strategic leadership, operational excellence, and market growth within the food industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Strategic Plans: Create and execute comprehensive strategic plans to drive growth, improve operational efficiency, and maintain the overall health of the organization.
  • Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement by leading and mentoring senior management.
  • Drive Financial Performance: Manage the financial performance of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Promote Brand Awareness: Represent the company in public forums, trade shows, and with media outlets to strengthen the company's brand presence and reputation in the food industry.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Food Science, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). Minimum of 15 years of experience in senior leadership roles within the food industry. Strong financial management skills with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
