Responsibilities and Duties
• Leadership & Strategy: Lead the overall strategic direction of the company, ensuring alignment with long-term objectives. Provide visionary leadership to executive teams, departments, and stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of strategies.
    • Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring operational efficiency and the successful execution of business plans. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure optimal resource allocation across departments.
    • Financial Oversight: Manage the financial performance of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Ensure profitability and financial stability, with a focus on cost control and margin improvement.
    • Market Growth: Identify new business opportunities and markets to drive revenue growth. Foster strategic partnerships, explore mergers and acquisitions, and develop new products or services aligned with market demands.
    • Team Development: Lead and mentor senior management, promoting a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Develop leadership within the organization and ensure the recruitment and retention of top talent.
    • Brand & Public Relations: Represent the company in public forums, trade shows, and with media outlets. Strengthen the company's brand presence and reputation in the food industry through effective communication and strategic PR.
    • Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure the company adheres to all regulatory requirements and industry standards for food safety, quality control, and environmental sustainability. Oversee the implementation of industry best practices.
