Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Executive Leader to lead our organization in the food industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven record of accomplishment in strategic leadership, operational excellence, and market growth within the food sector. As President, you will be responsible for overseeing all business functions, driving growth, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining the overall health of the organization.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Leadership & Strategy: Lead the overall strategic direction of the company, ensuring alignment with long-term objectives.
• Provide visionary leadership to executive teams, departments, and stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of strategies.
• Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring operational efficiency and the successful execution of business plans.
• Financial Oversight: Manage the financial performance of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Market Growth: Identify new business opportunities and markets to drive revenue growth.
• Team Development: Lead and mentor senior management, promoting a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Brand & Public Relations: Represent the company in public forums, trade shows, and with media outlets.

Personal Attributes: A visionary leader with a passion for the food industry. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Results-oriented with a focus on sustainable business growth. Collaborative, with the ability to work cross-functionally and build strong relationships at all levels.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Food Science, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). Minimum of 15 years of experience in senior leadership roles within the food industry. Strong financial management skills with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
