**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly driven Executive Recruiter to join our experienced team. As an Executive Recruiter, you will work with top-tier clients and industry leaders to identify and place top talent in technical and leadership positions.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for talent acquisition, strong relationship-building skills, and analytical skills necessary to identify top-tier executive talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in new job order meetings to gain a thorough understanding of clients' recruiting needs and company culture.
  • Conduct thorough research within clients' industries and organizational structures to provide market intelligence and strategic recruitment solutions.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of recruiting best practices, industry trends, and employment regulations to act as a trusted advisor.
  • Identify and engage top-tier candidates through innovative direct sourcing methods.
  • Conduct in-depth face-to-face interviews with candidates and assess their technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Guide candidates through the interview, negotiation, and transition processes to ensure a valuable and positive experience.
  • Manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.

Required Competencies:

  • Minimum 4 years of direct hands-on experience in full-cycle recruiting.
  • Completely Bilingual (English & Spanish) is a non-negotiable requirement.
  • Strong drive for results with a solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Tenacity, perseverance, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills and customer-service-oriented approach.
  • Analytical and strategic thinking abilities with attention to detail.
  • Confident and respectfully persuasive communication style.
  • Ability to think big picture while remaining structured and organized.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and web-based recruiting tools.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to align recruitment strategies with client business goals.
