Job Title: Marketing Associate - CRM Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a Marketing Associate - CRM Specialist to join our team. As a CRM Specialist, you will play a key role in planning, evaluating, and overseeing the execution of consumer relationship management (CRM) strategy and tactics, primarily through email and other CRM channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, evaluate, and oversee the execution of CRM strategy and tactics.
  • Lead tests to support our Learning Agenda and continually surface opportunities to expand our knowledgebase.
  • Communicate best practices and team learnings to our partners.
  • Work closely with the Senior CRM Manager to support Digital Merchandising, Creative, Global Brand, and National Account teams.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in hands-on email strategy and operations roles.
  • Experience in DTC ecommerce or multi-channel companies.
  • Data savviness and ability to drive insights from data.
