About the Role

The Insurance Quality Assurance Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring organizational compliance with guidelines and regulations. This involves monitoring procedures, providing coaching to employees, and reporting to management.

Key responsibilities include identifying non-compliant operations, documenting details, and following up on corrective actions. The specialist also analyzes operating procedures to devise efficient methods of accomplishing work.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

  • Supporting organizational studies, evaluating problems, gathering information, analyzing data, and communicating findings to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Handling customer complaints related to the Distribution Unit, supporting management in process design, performing testing and validation, and maintaining updated procedures.
  • Ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and policies, evaluating business operations to identify potential issues, and proposing corrective actions.
  • Communicating results of targeted reviews and corrective action plan validations in an objective and unbiased manner.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently under limited supervision.
