Project Manager - Electrical Services

At Synectics, we are seeking a highly organized and self-motivated Project Manager to lead our electrical services projects from start to finish. The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management, with experience in coordinating and tracking projects, as well as a working knowledge of accounting and financial systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including DPL Construction and Maintenance, Work Management, Finance, and other departments to ensure timely project execution.
  • Maintain project schedules and finances, producing regular status reports for management.
  • Support all aspects of designing and installation of new electrical services for customers, from project start to close out.
  • Responsible for receiving customer applications, designing required installations, and planning work.
  • Lead a team of Service Associates, designers/field technicians, a supervisor, an engineer, an analyst, and a project manager.
Requirements:
  • PMP certification required.
  • Experience with Work Management Systems and accounting/financial systems.
  • Strong organizational and self-starter skills, with a sense of initiative and willingness to learn on the job.
  • Project management experience commensurate with the requirements of the position.
  • Prefer experience in the utility industry (electric, water, gas, telecom, etc.).
