Overview


We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Strategic Project Coordinator to join our team at Buscojobs Puerto Rico.



About the Role

This exciting opportunity will allow you to work closely with stakeholders, analyzing business results and processes to support Division goals and achievements. As a key member of our team, you will manage all aspects of Division projects, ensuring accountability and adherence to scope, budget, and timeline.



Key Responsibilities
  1. Analyze monthly costs and manage statistical data to inform business decisions.
  2. Prepare financial results and consolidate information for management decision-making.
  3. Work with stakeholders to analyze and validate requirements, prioritize projects, and establish work plans.
  4. Serve as a trusted advisor to division office management, preparing employee annual goals and coordinating the maintenance and implementation of the Division's Business Contingency Plan.


Requirements

To be successful in this role, ideal candidates should possess:


  • A Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
  • At least two years of experience in a related field, preferably in project coordination or management.
  • Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in MS Office applications and data managing tools.


Benefits and Salary

The estimated salary for this position is approximately $50,000-$65,000 per year, depending on location and experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
