Job Description
- Provide Live Person Chat support to Healthcare Professionals (HCP's) and assist with checking status on Credentialing, Contracting, and Products/Contract load status, EFT Issues.
- Provider Education on various topics, including but not limited to, initial credentialing, re-credentialing, contract, demographic, market closed, provider portal, onboard pro, state specific requirements.
- Deliver information and answer questions in a positive manner to facilitate solid relationships with providers and their staff.
- Complete the documentation necessary to track provider issues and facilitate the reporting of overall trends.
This role requires fluency in computer navigation and toggling while confidently and compassionately engaging in dialogue with the caller.
