Optum seeks a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Records Clerk - Remote to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing medical records and supporting healthcare professionals with various tasks.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records.
  • Providing live chat support to HCPs, addressing their queries on credentialing, contracting, products, and EFT issues.
  • Educating providers on topics like initial credentialing, re-credentialing, contract management, demographic data, and provider portal navigation.
  • Documenting and tracking provider issues and reporting trends.

As a Medical Records Clerk - Remote, you will require strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills to excel in this role.
