We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and proactive Email/Sms Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Insight Global. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a crucial role in executing short- and long-term email and SMS marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the day-to-day management of email and SMS campaigns, including creative trafficking, implementation, deployment, optimization, monitoring, reporting, and analysis.
  • Liaise with agency partners to perform QA and approvals for email/SMS campaigns.
  • Assist with updates to team documents, including marketing calendars and shared presentations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to select audiences and request campaign approvals.
  • Provide weekly reporting updates, analyzing dashboards, and summarizing key information.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of email marketing experience and 1+ years of SMS marketing experience.
  • Experience with Responsys, Bluecore, or other ESPs is a plus.
  • Highly detail-oriented and proactive with a focus on flawless execution.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
