• Assist the Practice Manager in developing and implementing hospital policies and procedures

• Supervise and mentor paraprofessional staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional care

• Manage hospital operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and financial management

• Collaborate with the veterinary team to ensure that pets receive the highest quality care

Requirements

• Associate's degree or veterinary technician certification/licensure preferred

• Two years of experience in a healthcare or veterinary setting, with six months of experience at Banfield preferred

• Prior supervisory experience preferred

• Medical background with medical terminology training preferred
