About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Manpower Inc. As an essential member of our staff, you will provide exceptional support to our clients and colleagues alike.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow;
  • Provide top-notch customer service to clients and visitors, addressing their inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy;
  • Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing travel itineraries as needed;
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems, databases, and inventory, ensuring seamless access to critical information;
  • Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence, proofreading documents for accuracy and attention to detail;
  • Manage calendars and schedule appointments, ensuring timely meetings and events;
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required;
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively;
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on clear and concise expression;
  • Prior experience in an administrative role is preferred, but not necessary;
  • Bilingualism in English and Spanish is advantageous;
Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
