Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Management Specialist to join our team at Busy Season Staffing Solutions.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining accurate inventory records, track and reconcile inventory transactions, and support the analysis of inventory costs and variances. This role requires collaboration with the procurement and production teams to resolve inventory discrepancies and improve inventory management processes.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records
  • Track and reconcile inventory transactions
  • Support the analysis of inventory costs and variances
  • Collaborate with procurement and production teams to improve inventory management processes
  • Assist with month-end closing activities related to inventory accounting
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Good communication skills in English and Spanish
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and inventory management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Salary Information

The estimated salary for this role is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
