Job Overview

This role involves supporting subscribers in preparing simple endorsements, processing insurance policy shipments, and updating customer files. The successful candidate will be responsible for working directly with underwriters, documenting work in agency systems, and ensuring compliance with established standards.

Responsibilities
  1. Process insurance policy submissions and update customer records accurately and efficiently.
  2. Work closely with underwriters to ensure timely and compliant policy shipments.
  3. Maintain accurate customer information by performing data entry into agency systems.
  4. Support subscribers in preparing simple endorsements that do not require additional premium payments.
  5. Collaborate with the Claims Unit during catastrophic events to ensure continuity of service.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Office Systems or related field.
  • At least one year of administrative work experience.
  • Strong attention to detail, quick thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Salary Range:

$45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
