What work you'll be responsible for: Responsible for research and analysis of various federal income tax issues, including partnerships, S corporations, C corporations, timing issues and accounting methods, digital assets, and other matters
Assist with M&A tax structuring, internal restructuring
Draft emails and memos
Draft Firm-wide alerts on current developments in federal income tax
Assist with Firm-wide trainings in federal income tax
Assist with Federal domestic tax due diligence in connection with M&A transactions

Basic Qualifications: 8+ years of progressive federal income tax consulting experience (large law firm, large accounting firm, or IRS preferred)
J.D. required (Tax LL.M. Preferred)
Experience working with partnerships, S corporations, and/or C corporations
Preferred Qualifications: Tax LL.M
Strongly prefer Operating Partnership experience
Experience from a large accounting firm, large law firm, or IRS
Strong proficiency with tax research databases (Bloomberg BNA, RIA Checkpoint)
