PlatformX Solutions es una empresa nativa digital que brinda servicios a clientes del
rubro financiero, salud, gobierno y seguros. En esta oportunidad, estamos buscando un
IT Project Manager con experiencia en desarrollo IT para integrarse a la
industria financiera.

Tus responsabilidades serán:
● Planificar, ejecutar y supervisar proyectos de tecnología de la información,
asegurando el cumplimiento de los objetivos establecidos, el alcance, el
presupuesto y los plazos.
● Colaborar estrechamente con los equipos internos, incluyendo
desarrolladores, business analyst y otros miembros del equipo, para
asegurar la entrega exitosa de los proyectos.
● Coordinar y dirigir el equipo de proyecto, asignando tareas, estableciendo
metas y asegurando la calidad del trabajo realizado.
● Realizar el seguimiento del progreso del proyecto, identificando y
resolviendo cualquier desviación o problema que pueda surgir durante el
desarrollo.
● Gestionar los riesgos y las expectativas de los interesados, comunicando de
manera efectiva cualquier cambio en los planes o en el alcance del proyecto.
● Establecer y mantener una comunicación clara y efectiva con los clientes y
los interesados, asegurando una comprensión adecuada de los requisitos y
expectativas.
● Preparar y presentar informes de avance, informes financieros y análisis de
rendimiento del proyecto a la dirección y otros interesados relevantes.
● Identificar oportunidades de mejora en los procesos y la eficiencia del
proyecto, proponiendo soluciones y medidas correctivas cuando sea
necesario.

¿Qué buscamos?
● 5 años de experiencia relevante en una organización de desarrollo o entrega
de software trabajando en equipos ágiles, como Project Manager.
● Experiencia demostrable como Project Manager o en roles similares en el
sector IT.
● Background en desarrollo IT y formado en Ingeniería de Software
● Conocimientos sólidos en metodologías de gestión de proyectos, como
Agile, Scrum o Waterfall.
● Conocimientos en metodología Agile.
● Certificación Scrum Master Professional o similar.
● Excelentes habilidades de liderazgo y capacidad para motivar y guiar
equipos hacia el logro de los objetivos del proyecto.
● Fuertes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita en español e inglés
(deseable).
● Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno dinámico y manejar múltiples
proyectos simultáneamente.
● Excelentes habilidades de resolución de problemas y capacidad para tomar
decisiones efectivas.
● Conocimientos técnicos en tecnologías de la información, software y
desarrollo de aplicaciones (deseable).
