Funciones Esenciales:
- Responsable de orientar a los clientes que se atienden por teléfono.
- Tomar reclamos, dudas y sugerencias
- Atender consultas.
- Proveer información según requerida
Requisitos, Destrezas y Habilidades:
- Grado Asociado en Administración de Empresas y/o experiencia mínima de (1) año en servicio al cliente como equivalente a la educación,
- Un(1) año de experiencia en ventas
- Un(1) año de experiencia en centro de llamadas (preferible).
- Disponiblididad para trabajar fines de semana (preferible)
- Capacidad de análisis.
- Capacidad de trabajar bajo supervisión mínima.
- Habilidad para trabajar en equipo.
- Habilidad para trabajar bajo presión.
- Habilidad para expresarse con fluidez (oral y escrito) tanto en inglés como en español.
- Capacidad de juicio, redacción y organización.
- Conocimiento básico en Excel y Word.
- Horario flexible.
- Certificado de antecedentes penales.
- Certificado de Salud
Tipo de trabajo: A tiempo completo, Por contrato
Salario: $10.50 por hora + incentivos por metas logradas

- Turnos de 10 horas, 4 días a la semana
- Turnos de 8 horas, 5 días a la semana
