You'll need to be efficient, productive and thorough dealing with our members over the phone. You also must be able to work a flexible schedule that includes evening hours**ENGLISH PROFICIENCY ASSESSMENT WILL BE REQUIRED AFTER APPLICATION**You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.Required Qualifications:1+ years of call center or customer service experienceAbility to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA requirementsProficiency with computer, Windows PC and web applications including ability to navigate and learn new and complex computer system applicationAbility to work 40 hours/assigned 8-hour shifts between our normal business hours of Monday - Friday from 8:30am - 8:30pm.
