Growing together.  The Reporting/Business Analyst will conduct and manage outcomes of various studies that include analyzing, reviewing, forecasting, trending, and presenting information for operational planning and business decisions. They support short and long term operational/strategic business activities - by developing, enhancing and maintaining operational information and models. They also develop and implement effective/strategic business solutions through research and analysis of data and business data integrity. Primary Responsibilities: Prepares and runs reports to assess team's performance, trending analysis, improvements, etc.Prepare and distribute headcount reports, attrition, etc.Analyzes and investigates business processes, data, reporting and diving deep into insights to support actionable recommendations.Raise awareness by reporting insights to prevent noncompliance with specific metrics.Provides explanations and interpretations within area of expertiseUses pertinent data and facts to identify and solve a range of problems within area of expertiseInvestigates non-standard requests and problems and creates solutionsOwner of establishing action plans for the businesses based on report and data findingsDevelops and supplies requested data for scorecardsWorks exclusively within a specific knowledge areaPrioritizes and organizes own work to meet deadlinesProvides explanations and presents information to leadership on topics within area of expertise  ***ENGLISH PROFICIENCY ASSESSMENT WILL BE REQUIRED AFTER APPLICATION*** You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in. Required Qualifications: 1+ years of experience analyzing, reviewing, forecasting, trending, and presenting information for operational and business planningReporting experienceDemonstrated advanced Excel skillsProven presentation skillsAbility to work 40 hours / week during standard business operating hours Monday - Friday from 8am - 7pmBilingual Spanish and EnglishPreferred Qualifications: Technical/Associate's degree or Bachelor's degreePowerBI experienceTableau experienceHealthcare knowledgeProven knowledge of call center metricsDemonstrated planning skills (capacity, logistics)Root Cause Analysis experience  At UnitedHealth Group, our mission is to help people live healthier lives and make the health system work better for everyone.
