Responsabilidades:
Apoyar en la gestión de cuentas por pagar y cuentas por cobrar.
Registrar y verificar transacciones contables en el sistema.
Conciliar estados de cuenta bancarios y reportes financieros.
Preparar y archivar documentación contable y financiera.
Asistir en la elaboración de informes y estados financieros mensuales.
Mantener actualizados los registros contables y administrativos.
Coordinar con proveedores y clientes para la facturación y pagos.
Apoyar en auditorías internas y externas.
Otras tareas relacionadas con el departamento de contabilidad.
Requisitos:
Grado Asociado o Bachillerato en Contabilidad, Finanzas o campo relacionado.
Experiencia previa en contabilidad o administración (preferible).
Conocimiento en software contable y Microsoft Excel.
Habilidad para manejar múltiples tareas y cumplir con plazos.
Atención al detalle y habilidades analíticas.
Buena comunicación y capacidad para trabajar en equipo.
