Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accounting Assistant located in Mayaguez. The Accounting Assistant will handle daily bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivables and ensure accuracy with accounting records. The role involves working with accounting software to manage transactions efficiently and supporting finance-related tasks as needed.

Qualifications
Experience with Accounting Software and bookkeeping processes
Knowledge of GAAP Accounting, knowledge of SAP Accounting is a plus
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Management, Finance, Human Resources or a related field is preferred
Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines
Previous experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
