Key Responsibilities:- Transport individuals between their homes and the Day Program using a company passenger van.
- Participate in community outings, providing transportation and assistance to individuals served.
- Provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities, fostering increased independence, choice, and empowerment while ensuring their health and safety needs are met.
- At least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid Ohio driver's license.
- Fewer than 6 points in the last three years on your motor vehicle record.
- Ability to push, lift, or carry up to 50 lbs. and climb, balance, kneel, and crouch.
- Paid training, including CPR and First Aid courses and certifications.
- Paid-time off.
- Premium holiday pay.
