Responsibilities

  • Drive software development schedule, budget, and strategy aligned to organizational goals

  • Oversee the design and scale of the DevOps organization
Requirements
  • Bachelor's in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or similar discipline
  • 5+ years of software development experience
  • 3+ years leading software teams

  • Experience in developing software for a hardware product realized from concept to production
  • 1+ years leading and mentoring software managers
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing software teams and overseeing software operations, best practices, methodologies, and tools
  • Experience in interdisciplinary technical environments solving complex, ambiguous problems
  • Exceptional ability to pivot from diving deep into technical problems to big-picture strategy development
  • Experience with AWS
  • Demonstrated interest in driving the forefront of nuclear energy
