Engineering Director Job Description

At Storm4, we are seeking an experienced Engineering Director to lead our engineering team in the development and deployment of innovative drone technology. As an Engineering Director, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the functionality and performance of our drone technology.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop complex opto-mechanical systems, including design for reliability and manufacturing.
  • Lead engineering teams to refine mechanical designs for enhanced UAV performance and reliability.
  • Create and modify simulation models to predict UAV performance under various conditions.
  • Implement test equipment setups to validate the functionality of UAV components and systems.
  • Manage a team that designs, develops, troubleshoots, and debugs software programs for IDCS/OIM.
