- Coordinate transportation services with affiliates and members
- Monitor and report on service quality and compliance
- Provide excellent customer service and communication skills
- Authorization for Medical Care certification issued by the Bureau of Transportation and Other Public Services
- Category 4 Driver's License (Chauffer's license) in good standing and Certificate of Law 300
- Current National CPR Foundation Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification
- High school diploma/GED preferred
- Associate degree in an area related to health preferred
- 1 year of related customer service experience preferred
