About Pss Pathfinders, Inc.

Pss Pathfinders, Inc. is a Security materials distribution company that seeks an experienced Export Coordinator to oversee compliance with Free Zone protocols and drive operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have a background in Business Administration or related field, such as Supply Chain or Logistics, and possess excellent analytical skills to optimize shipping costs and expenses.

Responsibilities include creating a database of new products, managing product receipt and price changes, and ensuring seamless operations within the Free Trade Zone.

The successful Export Coordinator will be proficient in inventory platform management, preferably SAP, and possess strong billing processes, report analysis, and price management skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • BA in Business Administration or related area, such as Supply Chain or Logistics
  • Experience in Free Trade Zone
  • Inventory platform management, preferably SAP
  • Billing processes, report analysis, and price management
  • Fully bilingual with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent time management, customer service, organization, teamwork, and prioritization skills

Working Hours: Monday – Friday – 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
