Pss Pathfinders, Inc is seeking a highly motivated Import Specialist to coordinate and manage the import process. The ideal candidate will have experience in Free Trade Zone and area related to imports, logistics, supply chain or international trade. They will be responsible for ensuring imports are made in compliance with customs regulations and internal company policies, maximizing efficiency of operations.

Key responsibilities include establishing contact and relationships with international suppliers, managing inventory platforms, and updating customs regulations and import policies in the company's processes. Strong knowledge of Customs/FTZ documentation, SAP, and trade and customs regulations is required. The successful candidate will also possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, time management, customer service, organization, teamwork, and prioritization skills.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred. Additionally, proficiency in MS Office 365 and SAP is necessary. This role requires full bilingualism and the ability to work under little supervision. Availability is Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
