We are looking for a highly skilled Import Specialist to join our team at Pss Pathfinders, Inc. The ideal candidate will have experience in coordinating and managing the import process, ensuring compliance with customs regulations and internal company policies. They will be responsible for updating customs regulations and import policies in the company's processes, establishing contact and relationships with international suppliers, and managing inventory platforms.
The successful candidate will possess strong knowledge of Customs/FTZ documentation, SAP, and trade and customs regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to work under little supervision. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred, and proficiency in MS Office 365 and SAP is necessary.
This role requires full bilingualism and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Availability is Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
