Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Testing and Scheduling Coordinator to join our team at Adams and Associates. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and overseeing student class schedules and attendance rosters, ensuring testing environment and practices comply with DOL/Company testing requirements, and maintaining the integrity of student testing data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee, administer, and score student educational testing, ensuring timely and accurate scheduling of OPT and TABE testing in support of academic and CTT classes.
  • Maintain a testing environment that supports integrity within the testing process, reviewing and approving documentation to support validating testing eligibility.
  • Submit testing documentation to the Academics Manager, ensuring that area is organized, clean, safe, and conducive to student/staff success.
  • Produce quality work/assignments in a thorough, timely, and accurate manner, maintaining appropriate personal attendance, accountability, and work productivity standards.
  • Plan, prioritize, and organize assignments to meet established goals and deadlines, understanding and applying job knowledge to effectively complete all required job responsibilities.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; advanced/post-secondary degrees preferred.
  • A minimum of one-year administrative experience, with computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Suite of Applications required.
