Occupational Therapist Job Description

Pars Therapy is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team in The Woodlands, TX. As a Home Health Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in restoring motion and ensuring that our patients can function at their best.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide skilled home health services to patients who meet the criteria for Medicare home health coverage.
  • Work with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals.
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans to promote patient independence and mobility.
  • Collaborate with patients, families, and caregivers to ensure seamless care transitions.
Requirements:
  • Active license in the state of TX required.
  • OT Liability insurance in the state of TX required.
  • Graduate degree or greater in Occupational Therapy.
  • Home Health or Rehab experience preferred.
  • Ability to manage patients with different types of personalities.
  • Current knowledge of treatment practices.
  • Friendly and professional demeanor required.
