Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Behavior Technician to join our team. As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will work one-on-one with children on the spectrum, delivering therapy sessions and executing treatment plans as prescribed by our Board Certified Behavior Analysts. Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering one-on-one therapy to children on the spectrum
- Executing treatment plans and behavior intervention strategies
- Performing stimulus preference assessments
- Accurately collecting and recording behavioral data
What You'll Need
To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of a High School Diploma (or equivalent). However, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration. We offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, 401K, and paid time off.
