Job Overview

Busy Season Staffing Solutions seeks an experienced Chief Financial Strategist to oversee the accounting operations of its subsidiary corporations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of implementing effective control systems, transaction-processing operations, and policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the production of financial reports and maintain accurate accounting records
  • Provide support with client implementation, prepare projections, and manage business relationships
  • Contribute to company strategy development, challenging assumptions and providing financial analysis and guidance
  • Lead the accounts receivable and accounts payable departments
  • Oversee accounting operations of subsidiary corporations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting; MBA preferred
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in a supervisory role
  • Fully bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to effectively communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders
