Job Description

The Product Owner plays a pivotal role in the success of the project by understanding customer needs, creating a clear vision for the product, and making decisions that guide the development process. A key aspect of this role is developing and communicating a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with our goals and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a clear product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.
  • Create and refine the product backlog, prioritizing items for development based on their value.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including customers, end-users, business leaders, and development teams, to gather and validate requirements.
  • Plan and prioritize product releases, determining which features and enhancements will be included in each release.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Three (3) years of experience as Product Owner or similar role in Software Development Projects.
  • Desirable certifications: Salesforce Certifications, Agile Certification, Scrum Master Certification, Kanban Certification.
Skills and Abilities:
  • Strong business acumen and ability to understand the needs and concerns of business stakeholders and colleagues.
  • Ability to conduct analysis on work procedures, business results, and recommendations.
