Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Cost Control Specialist to join our team at Flexible & Integrated Technical Services, LLC. As a key member of our Engineering Area, you will play a crucial role in supporting Project Managers in tracking scope, schedule, cost, and resources against approved funds.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting sponsors in preparing plant project funding documents, establishing general ledger account structures (WBS Element) by projects, and reviewing contract requirements in request for proposals (RFP). You will also prepare monthly total cost management reports through eBuilder software, perform quarterly capital project latest estimates, and establish and manage cash flow projections.

Requirements

To excel in this position, you should possess a Bachelor's Degree and ten years of experience in project Cost Control within the Pharmaceutical industry. Bilingual skills in Spanish and English are highly valued. Additionally, experience with engineering support, cost management, and project controls in a manufacturing environment is essential.
