Job Description
The Lifecycle Asset Management (LCAM) & Reliability Programs Partner will partner with stakeholders to drive lifecycle asset management across strategic accounts. This includes leading the Maintenance Excellence & LCAM Program at sites according to corporate standards, ensuring quality work execution, and maintaining technical excellence.
Responsibilities include:
• Collaborating on dashboards and scorecards with a focus on user-centric design and real-time monitoring and analysis
• Fully implementing the corporate engineering standard at site level
• Ensuring the quality of CMMS Master Asset Data
• Developing Bill of Materials (BOMs) and critical spare parts program
• Ensuring CMMS maintenance plans are in place for critical assets
• Tracking project-generated documents and ensuring CMMS is updated accordingly
• Executing risk and opportunities management assessments according to company procedures
• Driving the Risk Based Asset Management Program (RBAM) for the account
Required Skills and Qualifications
This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Reliability Engineering, or a related field. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in reliability engineering or a similar role, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and proficiency in CMMS and asset management software, preferably SAP.
Additionally, excellent communication and collaboration skills, ability to manage multiple projects and priorities, knowledge of industry standards and best practices in reliability engineering, and knowledge of IoT technology for Smart Buildings are essential.
