We are seeking an experienced Safety Program Manager to join our team at Flexible & Integrated Technical Services, LLC. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing safety programs that meet regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive safety programs that include training, audits, and incident investigations.
- Collaborate with project teams, site management, and local site EHS staff to identify hazards and develop strategies to mitigate risks.
- Conduct regular safety audits and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and industry standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or a related EH&S field.
- At least five (5) years of experience in managing safety activities within the Pharmaceutical & Medical Devices Industry.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Bilingual: Spanish and English.
