Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Controls Design SME to provide oversight during design review and installation implementation for construction projects. This role involves collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, including project managers, mechanical and electrical engineers, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Control System Design Review: Review design, programming, and implementation of Distributed Control Systems (DCS), Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), and Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems.
  • System Integration and Commissioning: Provide oversight and technical support for integration of control systems with electrical, mechanical, and process components.
  • Programming and Optimization: Review control system code for efficient, reliable, and safe operation.
  • Documentation and Compliance: Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including P&IDs, wiring diagrams, and user manuals.
  • Project Coordination: Work closely with project managers and other engineering disciplines to ensure control system deliverables are aligned with project schedules and budgets.
