Job Summary

We are seeking a Strategic Marketing Leader to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement overall marketing vision and strategic plan by integrating marketing communication, category, and digital strategies with business unit operating plans.
• Prioritize marketing activities to ensure alignment with business unit priorities and drive brand fit and growth.
• Lead cross-functional teams to achieve marketing goals and objectives.
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Communications required. Minimum five years' experience in Brand, Communication, and Product/Category Management.
• Bilingual (Spanish and English) required.
