We are seeking a talented Senior Proposal Content Strategist to contribute to our continued success and expansion. As a key member of our Business Development Department, you will be responsible for crafting compelling proposals that showcase our capabilities and strengths.

• Develop comprehensive proposals tailored to meet the unique needs of our clients and prospects.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Senior Proposal Managers, Subject Matter Experts, and the Executive Team, to understand project requirements.
• Facilitate review cycles and assist in the production of all proposal deliverables.
• Create engaging content that conveys our value proposition, expertise, and solutions effectively.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations, industry standards, and agency-specific requirements.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (English, Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Public Administration or Public Policy).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and ability to read, write and speak English fluently.
• Strong research and analytical abilities to grasp complex business development and project requirements.
• Ability to meet demanding timelines and operate in a high-volume and multifaceted environment with poise and tenacity.
• Exceptional organizational skills and an ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
