Job Description:

  • Coordinate daily stand-up meetings with cross-functional teams to track progress and address impediments.
  • Monitor project milestones, deliverables, and critical path activities using MS Project, updating timelines and resource allocations as needed.
  • Manage risk assessment activities, including identification, evaluation, and mitigation strategies specific to control system transitions.
  • Liaise with DeltaV system integrators and Emerson representatives to resolve technical issues and maintain project schedule.

Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the testing protocols for system migration, ensuring proper documentation of verification steps per GMP requirements.
  2. Review and approve change control documentation related to control system architecture modifications, ensuring compliance with internal SOP requirements.
  3. Prepare and deliver weekly status reports to senior leadership, highlighting key metrics, accomplishments, and escalating issues requiring management attention.
  4. Facilitate validation activities, ensuring proper execution of IQ/OQ/PQ protocols and documentation for regulatory compliance.
