Job Description

The Business Systems Liaison plays a critical role in driving innovation and growth across our organization by developing and implementing technology solutions to support our business areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement technology strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Analyze complex business problems and develop creative solutions to address them.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Communicate technical concepts and ideas effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business opportunities and develop strategies to address them.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services to effectively communicate their value proposition to clients and stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or Computer Science from an accredited university or college.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in project management related duties.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of the credit cycle and state and federal credit regulations.
  • Excellent analytical and logical skills.
  • Ability to interpret and analyze financial information.
  • Handle information from various sources and databases for the creation of reports to assist senior management in decision-making.
  • Ability to deliver and create training, speeches, and presentations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to prioritize, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet established deadlines.
  • Proficient oral and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • Excellent negotiation and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and minimal supervision.
  • Proficient in MS Office Basic and Power Apps: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Office Project.
  • Knowledge in the use of ACAPS application.

Work Details

  • Region: San Juan - Cupey.
  • Work Schedule: Hybrid (Work days Mon-Fri 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, 3 onsite and 2 remote).
