Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Franchise Assistant Representative to provide support to our Franchise and Marketing teams for Puerto Rico and Jamaica Markets. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing data, preparing business insights, and supporting business initiatives. Responsibilities
  • Provide business analysis and insights using data across information platforms and sources.
  • Prepare volume trend analysis, Running Rates, Risks and Opps, and support AOP and SDD processes.
  • Support business initiatives through active participation in PepsiCo's Franchise, Distributors, and Bottlers' Go To Market Agendas.
  • Lead administrative duties across brands, working closely with the Bottler, Distributor, and internal/external multifunctional teams.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Finance.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, with a focus on Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Intermediate English language skills, with the ability to advance.
