Job Summary
As a key member of our team at Target Human Resources Solutions, the Provider Relations Representative plays a vital role in maintaining strong relationships between our company and dental providers. This position involves contracting and providing services to ensure a seamless partnership.

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with dental providers to ensure mutual understanding and cooperation
Contract and negotiate agreements with providers to meet our company's needs
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure provider satisfaction
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any issues or concerns

Requirements
Dental Assistant certification (preferably)
Bilingual skills
Previous experience and/or a college degree in a related field (preferable)
Basic knowledge of dental terminology, codes, and services
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, research, and analytical skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
