Job Description

Are you a dynamic professional passionate about driving business growth and building meaningful connections within the pharmaceutical industry?

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our Oncology business unit. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive sales growth and expand our market presence. Your role will involve understanding the intricate ecosystem of our accounts, identifying key stakeholders, and implementing initiatives to meet and exceed our franchise brand priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders within accounts (e.g., Directors of Pharmacy, Senior Procurement Managers, Hospital Management)

• Serve as the primary interface for designated products and account business matters

• Coordinate internal functions and divisions in contract negotiations and product listings

• Conduct product promotions and value-based negotiations

• Utilize business acumen and financial skills to develop compelling, value-based offers

• Monitor account performance according to established KPIs and adjust strategies based on insights

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree is required. MBA is preferred.

• Minimum of 5 (five) years' experience in the pharmaceutical selling environment, engaging with key thought leaders and influential customers in large group practices, hospitals, or managed care organizations.

• Minimum of 2 (two) years' experience selling Oncology, Specialty, or Biosimilar products is preferred.

• Proven experience in Sales & Account management.

• Expertise in customer engagement and developing strategic business plans for accounts.

• Understanding of local healthcare systems, medicare, medicaid and commercial.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the capability to interact with individuals from diverse backgrounds and influence senior management, key thought leaders, and customers.

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and deliver results with a high level of discipline.

• Growth mindset with strong negotiation, problem-solving, and conflict management skills.

• Analytical and planning capabilities.

• Strong prioritization skills and strategic decision-making abilities.

• Technologically proficient (e.g., MS Office Suite, iPad).

• Bilingual communication skills in Spanish and English.
