Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Trust Representative to join our team at Popular Bank. As a Trust Representative, you will be responsible for performing administrative and technical tasks related to the reconciliations of common stock shares.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage legal compliance for special encodings to ensure prompt distributions.
- Maintain an updated operational file of certificates.
- Make transfers in compliance with regulatory agency terms.
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries.
- Collaborate with auditors to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- At least two years of related experience.
- High level of organization and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of federal and state laws related to the Trust Services industry.
