Trust Representative

We are seeking an experienced Trust Representative to join our team in the administration of equity shares. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of trust services industry laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities- Manage compliance for the reconciliation of common stock shares.
- Maintain accurate operational files of certificates.
- Ensure timely transfers in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Promptly respond to customer inquiries and service requests.
- Collaborate with auditors to ensure Division compliance.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- At least two years of related experience.
- High level of organization and ability to meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of federal and state laws of the trust services industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and analyze complex problems.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as 401(k) retirement plan matching.
