As a Customer Service Supervisor at Jobleads-Us, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store support team. You will assist with scheduling and supervision of Team Members, work with the Team Trainer to train Team Members in a high-performance team environment, and maintain awareness of customer flows and needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and delegate tasks to Team Members
  • Assist in training of new Team Members
  • Keep all cases and shelves clean, well-stocked, and properly rotated
  • Resolve difficult customer situations
  • Communicate team concerns to the Team Leader and Associate Team Leader
  • Set and achieve the highest standards of retail execution

Requirements:

  • 12+ months retail experience
  • Physical ability to lift 50 pounds
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
