Pharmacy Call Center Liaison

We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacy Call Center Liaison to join our team at Rcm Technologies. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to pharmacies, providers, and beneficiaries.
About the RoleThis is a dynamic position that requires strong communication and problem-solving skills. As a Pharmacy Call Center Liaison, you will:
- Respond to incoming calls and resolve inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Document all interactions in relevant customer service management systems
- Rout issues to the right internal departments or external organizations when necessary
- Provide guidance on claim submission, reimbursement processes, and payment inquiries
You will also be responsible for monitoring system alerts, evaluating coverage criteria, and supporting quality initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and make a real impact in the healthcare industry.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or call center environments, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including active listening and empathy
- Ability to analyze problems, find solutions, and take the right action
A technical or associate degree in pharmacy technology or a related field is also required. Additionally, certification as a pharmacy technician through the Puerto Rico Board of Pharmacy Technician Registry is preferred.
CompensationThe estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
